What we did

We worked with the lovely Workshop Coffee Co. to produce a timeline of information for prospective baristas engaged on their training course. It taught us there’s a lot more to coffee than meets the eye.

Getting started
Sourcing, roasting and brewing the cleanest, sweetest and freshest coffee: it’s what we do. On your first day, you’ll spend three hours finding out more about the Workshop Coffee Co. ethos, and why we’re so passionate about excellent customer service.


Food for thought
Next it’s time for food training, where you’ll be shown how to put together our simple but considered menu. We’ll also cover the importance of keeping your work area hygienic and organised.


Keeping clean
To wrap up day one, you’ll be shown the essential back-of-house tasks. This session covers how to do the laundry, stock up the bar and wash the dishes, as well as ensuring the café is showcasing our retail coffee and hardware displays at their very best.
