What we did
We spent nearly two years from May 2012 providing copywriting services to Three’s help & support content team. This ranged from internal communications to retail brochures; web copy to technical processes.
What we wrote
Moving from Pay As You Go to Pay Monthly.
If you already have a Pay As You Go account with us, you can change it to a Pay Monthly contract at any time. To do this, you’ll first need to buy a Pay Monthly contract from us by visiting a 3Store, or by calling our sales team on 0800 358 9341.
When you buy the new contract, mention that you want to change your existing Pay As You Go account to Pay Monthly. If it’s a phone account, we’ll then transfer your Pay As You Go phone number to your new Pay Monthly account within 48 hours.
Up to £50 of remaining credit on your Pay As You Go account will be transferred to your new Pay Monthly account. It will show as a credit on your bill.
You’ll be sent a new Pay Monthly SIM to use, so back up any contacts from your Pay As You Go SIM before making the switch.
If you’ve switched your account in the past 14 days and have changed your mind, don’t worry. Give us a call and we can reverse the change:

- To talk to us about a Mobile Broadband account, call 500 free from a Three phone or 0333 300 0500 (standard rates apply) from any phone*.
